On the day of your appointment, make sure you leave enough time for your travel& parking at the rear Sainsbury’s Car Park. Please also allow enough time to fill out any necessary paperwork and consents that we may require from you at the practice. You will be seen by our principle dentist,
Dr Chandni Amin for your initial consultation. Here you will be able to speak at length about any problems, dislikes and/or concerns. Dr Chandni is well known in patient care and should be able to put you to ease. If you are not comfortable with anything at any point, please do not hesitate to let her know immediately.
At the end of this thorough examination, Dr Chandniwill know more about your oral health and be able to explain & discuss any issues you may be having and possible solutions. It is very important that each patient understands their own personal oral health condition in order to ensure effective treatment and ongoing preventative care.

Your oral health assessment
We take the time needed to get to know you and how your lifestyle and medical history impacts your oral health. You can expect an intra-oral and extra-oral risk assessment during each consultation, which includes disease screening for oral cancer and gum disease as well as taking any necessary radiographs (x-rays).
We discuss your expectations
Your concerns and desired results will be discussed to allow us to provide you with a bespoke treatment plan for your journey to a lifetime of healthy teeth, gums and mouth. We want your smile to glow with pride and will work with you to achieve your desired target. Prior to any treatment commencing, you will receive a written plan and cost estimate(s). Once you are happy with the plan and estimate, we will book you in for the work at a time and date to suit your needs.
Your ongoing treatment and maintenance
Our team will provide you with all the proper oral health recommendations and education to keep your new smile shining, including proper after care treatment at home. We will book in regular check-ups after any major procedures to check for any abnormalities and to ensure you are happy with the achieved results.
